Can I send my car through the car wash with my TireCandy on? |
| A: | Of course you can. Those two grommet-holes on the bottom will help any water drain out. |

What if I have a big tire or a non-standard tire size. Will TireCandy fit? |
| A: | TireCandy comes in standard sizes of 27, 28, 29 and 30 inches in diameter. If your tire is too large or is not-standard, we will customize your TireCandy for an additional $10. We will contact you via e-mail to arrange payment. |

How do I find my tire size? |
| A: | Your tire size is in raised lettering on the sidewall of your tire. It is a number/letter sequence that looks something like 215 70 R16 or 30 x 10.5 R15. |

How long will my TireCandy last? |
| A: | The average life expectancy of this or any other vinyl product is two to three years when exposed to outdoor conditions. Repeated removal and replacement of TireCandy in very cold weather will lessen your cover’s lifespan as will exposure to extreme sun. TireCandy will wear similarly to outdoor patio furniture, but are much more fun! |

How can I theft-proof my TireCandy? |
| A: | A clever TireCandy owner discovered that a small bicycle lock through the grommet holes and around the spare tire securely locks your TireCandy to your car. But rest assured, your TireCandy is made to fit your spare tire. It is snug-fitting and not an easy-grab. |

Do you offer gift certificates? |
| A: | Yes. In lieu of a pattern, click on the "Gift Certificate" icon. Shipping and taxes will be included in the cost. To redeem gift certificates, order online and enter the gift certificate number in the "Visa/MC/Gift Certificate" field. |

Do you have black covers? |
| A: | Yes, the pattern is called Licorice and costs $49.99. It is black and made with the same high-quality construction as our patterned TireCandy. Please send us an e-mail with your special request and we will arrange payment. |

Do you make TireCandy for RVs? |
| A: | TireCandy can be made to fit all spare tires. Please include your tire size when ordering. |

How do I put my TireCandy on? |
| A: | We will send you a sheet with instructions but basically, you want to start from the bottom where the tire is closest to the car and work your way up for the best fit. |

| A: | Expected delivery is one to three weeks. |

How do you ship? |
| A: | Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping cost is $8.75 for one TireCandy. (Sorry, we had to do that) If you order more than one, we will combine shipping, calculate costs and let you know what that shipping will be. Expected delivery is one to three weeks. If you would like alternative shipping arrangements, please let us know in the 'comments' field when you order. |

| A: | As a California-based company, we must charge sales tax for any orders that are shipped or billed to California customers. |
